Who operates this site
This website is operated by Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS #2827624), a mortgage broker, through its brand DSCR Loans North Carolina. Questions about this policy can be sent to quotes@loandaddy.ai.
What we collect
Information you submit. When you use a lead form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, occupancy, estimated property value, loan amount, any message you write, and your consent to be contacted.
Attribution data. Our forms capture, in your browser session, the marketing parameters of the page you first landed on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid), the landing page URL and the referring page. This tells us which of our own outreach efforts brought you here. It is stored in sessionStorage and sent with your lead if you submit one.
Technical data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are processed by our hosting provider for security and operation. This site loads no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To respond to your scenario and arrange financing you asked about.
- To route your information to wholesale lenders whose programs may fit your file.
- To operate our customer relationship and lead-management systems.
- To understand which outreach channels reach investors, and improve them.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Who receives it
Your lead information is stored in our lead-management systems and may be shared with: wholesale lenders whose programs are being matched to your file; service providers who operate our systems (hosting, CRM, database and email infrastructure) under contractual obligations; and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent to be contacted
The consent checkbox on our forms records your agreement to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving information. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails by following the unsubscribe instructions; you can also contact us directly.
Retention
Lead and transaction records are retained as long as needed for the purposes above and to satisfy legal, regulatory and business-record requirements applicable to mortgage brokerage activity.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact quotes@loandaddy.ai with any privacy request. Browser-based attribution capture can be avoided entirely by clearing sessionStorage or using private browsing, and forms still work without it.
Children
This site is for business-purpose investment activity and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
