Broker role
DSCR Loans North Carolina is a brand of Loan Daddy LLC, a mortgage broker — not a lender. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. Any loan is made by a wholesale lender subject to its underwriting and approval, under its own documents and disclosures.
Business-purpose scope
All products described are business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment property only — not for personal, family or household use. The lead forms enforce this: an occupancy selection indicating you will live in the property cannot be submitted, and submissions are re-checked server-side.
Information you submit
Information submitted through forms is handled per the privacy policy. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you consent to be contacted as recorded by the consent checkbox. Do not submit information about a property you have no authority to discuss.
Permitted use
You may read and use this site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, resell, misrepresent or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to submit false or fraudulent information.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, wordmark and text are owned by Loan Daddy LLC or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a license to any trademark or content beyond normal personal use of the website.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that content is current, complete or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Loan Daddy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
